At Howard London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the dust bag are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
